Dr. Cook is Internal Medicine trained as well as board certified in Lifestyle medicine. At the heart of Franklin Concierge Medicine is a commitment to providing evidence-based healthcare with an emphasis on preventative medicine and limiting the use of medications that are tailored to your individual needs. Where healthcare today has become depersonalized and cold, Dr. Cook is committed to building lasting relationships while providing attentive, accessible, and compassionate care.

Completing his Internal Medicine Residency at Broward Health Medical Center, one of the largest public healthcare systems in the U.S. He looks forward to using his medical expertise to better serve and educate his patients in his hometown of Franklin, Tennessee.

INSURANCE & PRICING

Franklin Concierge Medicine does not bill insurance companies and therefore does not need to cater to their guidelines that serve as a one plan treats all. While Dr. Cook will work with your insurance company to ensure you obtain the best health care possible, FCM operates as a subscription based service that equates to $400/month that can be paid in 6 or 12 month increments.

Direct access to Dr. Cook for all of your primary and urgent care needs. This includes unlimited phone calls, texts, zoom calls, in person visits or anything health care related. Dr. Cook will work with other specialist when necessary to ensure your recieve the best care possible.
Dr. Cook is not only trained to handle all of your primary care and internal medicine needs, but is also board certified in Lifestyle medicine, which focuses on the reversal of chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. With a focus on limiting and eventually eliminating medications. FCM is set apart by their dedication to treating the root cause of diseases instead of prescribing medications for their byproducts.
FCM does not accept insurance as it is a subscription based service. The unfortunate reality of healthcare today is that if physicians rely on insurance companies for reimbursement, they have to cater to what the insurance companies want, not what is best for the patient.
FCM will still work with your insurance company when needed to ensure you receive the best care possible.
Even on vacation, Dr. Cook will still be available for phone calls and zoom visits. On the rare occasion he is out of the country, a trusted colleague will be available to answer any questions or concerns.
